These specialty stores are in high tourist areas. George Baxter is the CEO. In 2009 the company expanded and began to manufacture alpaca products sourcing its alpaca wool from alpaca farmers around New Zealand. The range of products, both purchased and manufactured, includes yarn, knitwear, throws, and blankets. As the business was very profitable Alpaca Products Ltd opened another store and now has three speciality shops in New Zealand (two in Auckland, one opened in January 2008, and another in June 2011, and one in Wellington opened in April 2012). They lease the retail stores but own the building from which they manufacture the alpaca wool products. Alpaca Products Limited was doing so well George wondered if they should expand into the South Island in 2014. However he feels that although the bottom line profit is still good something is not quite right. His brother Edward, who is the General Manager, has threatened to resign after George accused him of poor cash management and George now wonders if he was wrong to accuse him. 1 Use the Schedule of Statistics AND the Financial Statements supplied on the following pages for the three (3) years to create your Memo Financial Report. 2 Compose a Memo Financial Report The General Presentation of the Report should be of a professional standard.
